Prof Dr Georgios C. Vougioukalakis and his team of young researchers opened their doors at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens to students to introduce them to their research, the LUMIBLAST project and Horizon 2020.
The LUMIBLAST project is eager to enthuse young students for science and to raise awareness of Horizon2020 projects, such as LUMIBLAST.
On Friday, May 4th 2018, 45 students and 3 teachers from the 6th High School of Ilion visited the Department of Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. They were informed about the LUMIBLAST project, the significance of the Horizon2020 programme and visited the laboratories to find out more about the experiments and talks to the young researchers involved in the LUMIBLAST project.
